Rockler Introduces Dust Right™ 1200

Dust Right ™ 1200 Air Filtration System

MEDINA, MN (December 14, 2010) – Rockler Woodworking and Hardware has just announced the release of a new air filtration system, the Dust Right™ 1200, which removes up to 98% of 5 micron particulate and 85% of 1 micron particulate, vastly improving the safety and healthfulness of workshop air. The Dust Right™ 1200 comes equipped with a three-speed 1/3 HP motor which filters up to 1185 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM), completely cycling the air in a 20′ x 20′ room in under 3 minutes. The new system can be operated continuously or can be set, with its built-in timer, for 2, 4, 6 and 8 hour intervals. The Dust Right 1200 Air Filtration System can be hung from the ceiling joists, saving much needed space in the smaller shop, and is easily operated with a standard equipped remote control.

“As expected, our customers are happy to have cleaner air in their shop, but they really appreciate the unit’s programmable features,” says Jim Frey, Product Developer for Rockler. “They’re finding it convenient to program the system to run continuously or a set time with automatic shut-down.”

Other features include:

  • All-steel construction with a durable finish
  • Tool-free filter changes
  • Does not affect ambient room temperature
  • Includes 4 top-mounted eyelets for installation from joists

Easy To Use Controls

The Dust Right™ 1200 is easy to install and use. Easy-to-use system runs on standard 110V service and powers up with a
convenient remote control or by using the chain switch.
