MILWAUKEE, WI – Milwaukee Tool continues to expand its storage solutions within the Hand Tool category with the introduction of a new line of work gear that delivers unmatched durability for the end user. Featuring 1680D Ballistic Nylon Construction and double stitched riveted seams for ultimate wear protection, the new work gear line will include an Electrician’s Pouch, Electrician’s Belt and Contractor Belt with Suspension Rig.

“As we spent time on the jobsite investigating this category, it was clear that users were frustrated with the premature wear and tear they were seeing in their existing work gear products.” says Bobby Shaw, Director of Marketing for Milwaukee Tool. “The new line of work gear delivers unmatched durability, comfort and organization for the professional tradesmen, with features that keep their everyday needs in mind and make them more productive in their jobs.”

The most compact of the three work gear products, the Electrician’s pouch, features integrated belt loops that allow the bag to be worn on the user’s existing tool belt, as well as center mounted metal d-rings, to allow the bag to hang evenly from the included shoulder strap. If the user prefers to carry the pouch, an integrated handle gives them that option, providing for easy transport from task to task. For added utility, the pouch has a solid base that allows it to sit upright, even when fully loaded, so contents don’t spill out easily. A metal tape measure clip securely stores a tape measure for quick and easy access.

The Electrician’s belt combines the Electrician’s Pouch and a smaller, more streamlined pouch, with a padded breathable belt for ultimate jobsite performance. Delivering each of the features of the pouch and more, the belt also includes all metal hardware for users that prefer the extra support of suspenders, and allows users the versatility to carry additional tools or bulk items.

Among the first in a growing line of storage solutions from Milwaukee, the new work gear solutions will be available in October of 2014. Dedicated to delivering advanced solutions to increase productivity, Milwaukee’s Hand Tool category will continue to grow and offer innovative solutions for the trades.
