FLUKE® Thermal Imager

thermal imagerFluke Corporation, the leader in portable electronic test and measurement technology, has introduced a new entry level Fluke TiS Thermal Imager at the 2011 IBS, Las Vegas.

I like Fluke for their no nonsense tough and reliable tools.

This Fluke TiS thermal imager is a helpful tool to help remodelers like me quickly diagnose any hidden rot, missing insulation issues in home.  It is also useful to diagnose  HVAC issues and spot overheating in electrical components.  A huge fire safety issue.

The Fluke TiS thermal imager can easily survive a drop of six and-a-half feet and is IP54 rated (International Protection Rating) to withstand water and dust.

Flukle  reports that their, TiS is a simple and easy to use. It comes with everything required to get started including professional reporting software, included at no extra charge.

The TiS imager, priced at $2,495.

  1. I’m still waiting for the day when high-definition thermal imaging cameras drop below $500.
