Duo-Fast Construction
is expanding its already impressive lineup of fastening products for roofing and exterior construction with the addition of the DF150-CS cap stapler and Duo-Caps fasteners.
This new tool is the product of extensive field research to produce a fastening tool that makes users more productive and profitable on the job.
Early cap stapler designs were difficult to operate, aggravating to load and heavy. Duo-Fast® Construction has addressed pro users’ most common complaints and designed a more maneuverable and reliable cap fastening system.
The DF150-CS fires staples and plastic button caps in at the same time. this stapler is ideal for installing Vapor barriers, house wrap, roofing felt, and plastic sheathings.
The DF150-CS is light and with an in-line magazine with 110-staple capacity, this tool is compact and well balanced.
The DF150-CS has three firing modes – bump, sequential, and staple-only. When driving both caps and fasteners, the 18-gauge stapler drives 3/8” crown staples 1” in length. In staple-only mode, the DF150-CS is capable of driving narrow crown staples from ¾” to 1-1/2” in length.
Duo-Caps Fasteners
The DF150-CS was designed to work in conjunction with the patented Duo-Caps system. The button caps come in a 240-count spools, while the 3/8” crown, 1” long galvanized staples are available in strips of 100.
